Police say four men were arrested after a confrontation in Waterbury Saturday morning led to a police officer being dragged by a suspect's car.
Two officers were called to Richard Terrace after getting a report of a suspicious vehicle.
When officers arrived, police say they found Adam Dejesus unconscious behind the wheel of the car.
Police say when the officers woke Dejesus up, he put the car into reverse. They say an officer was struck by the door, lost his balance and fell into the vehicle.
Police say Dejesus then put the vehicle into drive and dragged the officer until he was thrown from the car.
The officer struck his head onto the roadway and was knocked unconscious.
Police say officers continued the search for Dejesus. They say when officers came up on a residency, three men refused to answer the door.
Police say Dejesus then ran out of the house and was apprehended.
