Police have identified the body of a man found dead in Stamford Harbor as 68-year-old Peter Spelke.
Spelke was found early Sunday afternoon in the water underneath his boat. According to officials, Spelke had been missing since Thursday.
Police said they decided to search Stamford Harbor because Spelke had fallen from his boat a week earlier.
There are no signs of foul play, and police suspect that Spelke drowned.
