A 15-year-old boy is accused of leading police on a chase in a stolen town truck in Stratford.
The incident happened Wednesday when the teen stole a town dump truck near Penders Field in Stratford not too far from Public Works, police say.
Officers spotted the truck driving through the Home Depot Parking lot and tried to stop it but it hit a car.
Police say no one was injured, and the teen continued to drive the stolen truck.
He led police on a chase through Stratford to Milford and then back to Stratford where he was stopped and arrested.
Since he's a minor, police can't say if he has a criminal history.
The teen was charged and transferred over to the juvenile detention center in Bridgeport where he will appear in juvenile court.
