Police: Decapitated chickens possibly used in cockfighting
Norwalk police are trying to figure out who cut the heads off of chickens possibly used in cockfighting and then threw them in someone's yard.Norwalk police say Roodner Court residents found three decapitated roosters in their backyard. An animal control officer found a fourth dead rooster down the street. Police say someone shaved the roosters' necks and legs, which is indicative of gaming birds. Investigators say they're not sure if this is an isolated incident or part of a larger ring.
