Police and firefighters responded to a boat in distress in Bridgeport Thursday morning.
Police say an initial report came in that a sailboat hit some rocks at Cedar Creek near the Wheelabrator building on Howard Avenue around 6 a.m.
A fire official says a man and three dogs were aboard the sailboat, and they were all OK after the incident.
No other information is available at this time.
