Police ID 2 accused in fatal Flatbush shooting

<p>Police have identified two men accused of fatally shooting a man in Flatbush over the summer.&nbsp;</p>

Police have identified two men accused of fatally shooting a man in Flatbush over the summer.
Rasheed Boland,25, and his brother Dean Boland, 28, are accused of fatally shooting 20-year-old Justin Hackley.
The incident happened on July 11, in front of 533 Ocean Ave. around 11:30 p.m.
Police believe the men were fighting over a woman when one of the two suspects pulled out a gun and shot Hackley multiple times in the chest and neck.
Hackley's mother says her son was visiting home from Delaware College.
She is raising money for a scholarship fund in his name.
A reward is being offered by police for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the two suspects.
