The man arrested in Bridgeport's 16th homicide this year faced a judge this afternoon.
Police say the suspect was about to dump the body in the woods before he was arrested yesterday.
According to the police, 41-year-old James Cunningham, of Bridgeport, was charged with shooting Daniel Speller yesterday morning on Worth Street.
Authorities say the two men had an ongoing dispute over money, and the case is still under investigation.
