Shelton police say a man is facing charges after he exposed himself on a local jogging path.
Police say 52-year-old Richard Hammond, of Stratford, exposed himself on a running path near Shelton Avenue back in May.
They say a jogger reported seeing Hammond with no pants on.
Authorities say Hammond has been a registered sex offender since 1998.
