Bridgeport police say a man was found shot to death inside an apartment building.
The shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. Thursday on Palisade Avenue.
A man was spotted being taken away in handcuffs, although police say they are still determining if he was connected to the shooting.
There was no word on a possible motive.
