A Milford woman was arrested after police say she struck two people in the parking lot outside of a Rick Ross concert.

The incident occurred late Friday night at the Toyota Oakdale Theater in Wallingford.

Shelby Coughlin reportedly hit six cars in addition to the pedestrians. 

On her way to the police department, officials say Coughlin repeatedly kicked the police cruiser's rear door and damaged a speed radar unit.

Coughlin is facing a number of charges, including drunken driving and assault to an officer.
