Police: Norwalk teen charged for hit list, threatening 29 people
Norwalk police say they have charged a student at Norwalk High School with making a so-called hit list and threatening to harm 29 individuals.
Police say the female student apparently wrote the letter in January, but the school didn't find out about it until Saturday.
Investigators say the student, who was not identified, was arrested and charged with 29 counts of breach of peace.
School officials say she was given a 10-day suspension and that an expulsion hearing is scheduled.
Parents who attended a meeting at Norwalk's City Hall Thursday afternoon told News 12 that school officials told them resources are available if their child feels unsafe.
