Police release video of Tiffany Street homicide suspects
Police have released video of the two suspects wanted for a shooting on Tiffany Street that left a 17-year-old man dead.
Elwin Coste died last Saturday after he and a 21-year-old were shot. 
Police released a new video that shows the two suspects before and after the shooting happened.
