Police are searching for the suspect in a fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy in Bridgeport.

According to police, Rashod Leak was shot after a fight over a cell phone Monday night at the Marina Village public housing complex.

Police will not release the suspect's identity, however, Leak's mother says the suspect was her son's childhood friend. An arrest warrant has been signed and Leak says she is confident the police will make an arrest shortly.
