Police say Kristopher Pieper, 21, painted a swastika on a campus building across the street from the headquarters of the Jewish student organization, Hillel.
Police say Pieper told them he was "upset" with certain Jewish religious practices. He faces multiple charges including intimidation based on bigotry or bias.
