Police: Waterbury man violated his restraining order and sexually assaulted victim in their home

Michael Finney surrendered himself to the Thomaston Police Department on an active arrest warrant.

Thomaston police said a Waterbury man is accused of violating a restraining order and sexually assaulting a victim at their home.
Police say Michael Finney, 50, from Waterbury turned himself in on Tuesday.
Finney is charged with sexual assault, burglary and criminal violation of a restraining order.
His bond is set at $650,000.
