President Obama will be in Stamford Wednesday.
The president is scheduled to deliver the keynote address at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London.
He is expected to briefly appear at a Democratic party event in Stamford following the ceremony.
The White House says the president will be flying into Westchester County Airport.
