Five men are facing charges in connection with a deadly shooting inside an apartment in Fairview.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office says that four men are charged with felony murder in the shooting death of David Duque-Soto inside his apartment over the weekend. A fifth man was charged with allegedly trying to hide the murder weapon.
Authorities say that the group went to Soto’s home Saturday with the intention of stealing drugs and money.
The men are all being held at the Hudson County Jail. A detention hearing is scheduled for July 8.
