The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority has upheld storm fines against Eversource for its response to Tropical Storm Isaias.
The fines amount to $29 million.
Attorney General Tong advocated for the maximum allowed statutory civil penalty against Eversource.
The utility's new CEO will be on this weekend's Power & Politics with News 12's John Craven.
