A local rabbi is launching a new initiative in hopes of spreading the message of doing good deeds for strangers this holiday season.
The first step in the Elijah Moment initiative is occurring at the Starbucks on Summer Street in Stamford.
Unknowing residents at the coffee purveyor are receiving free drinks courtesy of complete strangers.
