On Wednesday, the City of Bridgeport announced a plan for a major rehabilitation to the AT&T building downtown.
The building on John Street will be transformed into a facility that will include mixed-income housing and the city's first rooftop restaurant.
City officials said behind that unit will stand the newly constructed Fairfield Residences.
In total, the two developments are expected to have 137 units of market-rate and affordable housing.
