The governor's chief of staff will face questions Tuesday from the legislative committee investigating a Rell campaign fundraiser.

Lisa Moody is the latest witness at the legislative hearing into the fundraiser. Moody was suspended from her job for two weeks in December after asking state agency heads to distribute invitations to the event. Those agency heads were eventually fined $500 each for passing out those invitations to subordinates. Moody was not cited because her position isn't covered under the ethics statute.
