A robber targeted two disabled men in the same Morrisania apartment building between February and this month, and police are asking for the public to help catch him.
In an April attack caught on surveillance video, the man grabs a disabled senior citizen from behind and drags him by the neck in a chokehold. It happened inside a Third Avenue building during a busy afternoon.
The 68-year-old victim says the attacker took his ID, his phone and his money.
In February, the suspect attacked from behind a 48-year-old man who was walking with a cane in the same building.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
