Multiple outlets are reporting that state prosecutors are asking a judge for a gag order for attorneys involved in the case against Fotis Dulos.        

Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis are charged with tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution in the disappearance of his estranged wife, Jennifer Dulos of New Canaan.        

The motion seems aimed at the outspoken attorney of Fotis Dulos, Norm Pattis.          

Pattis has issued several controversial statements offering alternative explanations for Jennifer's disappearance.      

The motion is expected to be argued in front of a judge on Wednesday next week.
