The decision to sit indoors or outdoors at restaurants in Connecticut has become a debated topic over the past two weeks.

With nationwide COVID-19 cases spiking, restaurant managers hope to keep customers feeling safe.

Some restaurant goers say they are still hesitant to eat indoors and prefer being outside. 

Matt Storch, the owner of Match, says he hopes visible precautions help attract eaters indoors. Storch says restaurants can't survive on outdoor business alone.

Storch says placing tables in a way that makes customers feel safe is on the owners. He says he thinks the governor will stay the course and continue on the track of reopening the state.
