It's another busy day for retail stores Tuesday as unwanted holiday gifts are being returned or exchanged. Store managers urge customers planning to return gifts to have a store receipt or a gift receipt. As far as returning open gifts, many stores, including Best Buy on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, will charge a restocking fee.

Most retail stores have also extended their return policies to include gifts bought in November.
