Norwalk's first regulation-size ice rink designed for hockey in 25 years opened to celebration today.Ryan Hughes, a Stamford man that has played hockey all his life, opened the SoNo Ice House to give people in the area a suitable venue to hone their skills and have a good time on ice.With hockey and figure skating being popular in the area, the business is already getting rave reviews from young players.
