A Stamford man is facing charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
U.S. Marshals arrested Rafael Cruz, 32, in Queens Thursday.
They say Cruz was wanted for having sex with the same girl before he moved from Norwalk to Stamford last summer.
They say the mother caught Cruz in the act in December.
They say they were able to catch Cruz because of his cell phone signal.
