4h agoStamford police say the driver who struck a resident in March is now facing negligent homicide charges.
Tyler Zinko, the driver, was initially issued a misdemeanor summons at the scene for striking a vulnerable person and causing “serious physical injury.”
Police updated the charges after the woman died from her injuries.
Zinko is due back in court on June 21.
