Stamford roads being repaved, delays expected

Stamford police say paving is taking place on several roads Wednesday.
The roads include High Ridge Road at the Southbound on-ramp of the Merritt Parkway and the intersection of High Ridge Road at Wire Mill Road.
Delays are expected. Police add that commuters should plan alternate routes if possible.
