State police say a trooper’s cruiser was hit by a car in Hartford on Sunday.

Dashboard video caught the incident on I-84 East, which also sent the trooper to the hospital.

State police said the driver lost control around a curve and hit the cruiser, pushing it into a third car.

The driver at fault is facing charges, including failing to move over.
