A Bronx family is asking for the public's help to find a missing 15-year-old girl.
Francis Arroyo says her daughter Emily Arroyo has been missing since Tuesday afternoon, when she was supposed to come home from a juvenile program on Bergen Avenue.
Arroyo says her daughter has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and has gone missing twice before.
"She doesn't have the capacity to make her own decisions, and that's what worries me," Arroyo says. "My family is very worried. We just want her to come back home. That's all."
The family has put up fliers with the teen's picture on them in surrounding communities and around their Soundview neighborhood hoping someone recognizes her.
