The arrested union leader for New York City's 9,000 jail guards says upon his release from custody he feels "like a million dollars." 

Norman Seabrook was arrested Wednesday on conspiracy and fraud charges and was freed on a $250,000 bond. He has vowed to fight accusations he accepted $60,000 in kickbacks for steering $20 million in union money into a hedge fund.

The FBI arrested the New York corrections officers' union leader Wednesday morning in connection with a multimillion-dollar bribery scheme that also led to charges against a hedge fund manager.

Seabrook, president of the city's Correction Officers' Benevolent Association for more than 20 years, faces a 17-page indictment on various fraud and corruption charges.
