A man dressed in all black can be seen running up to a 22-year-old man before the victim is shot in the head near a playground in the Bronx, according to police.
It happened Sunday near the Pearly Gates playground on St. Peters Avenue around 7:30 p.m.
Police say the 22-year-old man was shot in the head and transported to Jacobi Medical Center in critical condition.
No arrests have been made, and police say the investigation is ongoing.
The victim's identity has not yet been released.
