Police have issued a silver alert for a woman reported missing from her Bronx nursing home.
Doris Dunbar, 76, was last seen at the Citadel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on Cannon Place in Kingsbridge around 11 a.m. Tuesday.
Surveillance video inside the lobby of the facility shows Dunbar moments before she was reported missing by staff members.
She is described as being 5'4'' tall, 120 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
Officials say Dunbar suffers from dementia and was last seen wearing a brown-hooded sweatshirt, pink sweater and a black knit cap.
They say she does not have ID on her and is probably in need of medical attention.
Police say she may have traveled to the Marcy Houses in Brooklyn.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
