Bridgeport 3rd grader says she was attacked by stranger
Bridgeport school officials are warning students and parents to be on alert today after a third-grader says she was attacked by a strange man.
Officials say the incident happened yesterday near Jettie Tisdale School on Hollister Avenue.
Authorities say the 9-year-old girl was walking to school when a man allegedly grabbed her from behind.
If you have any information on the attempted abduction, you are asked to call Bridgeport police at (203) 581-5201.
