A rest area on Route 15 in Orange was robbed early Thanksgiving morning.
Troopers were called to the Alltown gas station and convenience store shortly after 3 a.m.
Workers at the rest area told troopers that a man entered the store and demanded money from the cash register.
He is described as a white male in his 30s with blonde or light brown hair and a goatee. Officials say he was wearing an orange baseball hat and gray rain jacket.
Troopers tell News 12 Connecticut that the suspect did not show a weapon, but implied he had one.
