Westhill High School is planning to pay tribute this weekend to the Stamford man who was killed in Manhattan earlier this month.
The school's hockey team plans to honor Joseph Comunale before its game at Terry Conners Rink in Stamford at 4 p.m. Saturday. Comunale played hockey when he was a student at the high school.
Comunale's body was found in a shallow grave in New Jersey, days after he was reported missing. He was last seen partying in New York City. Police say he was stabbed 15 times. Two men have been arrested in connection with his murder, but are not currently charged in his death.
