Bicyclist sent to hospital after being hit by car
Police say a cyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries after being hit by a car Thursday afternoon in Norwalk. It happened near the corner of Riverside and Spring Hill avenues around 1:30 p.m.

Police say a cyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries after being hit by a car Thursday afternoon in Norwalk.
It happened near the corner of Riverside and Spring Hill avenues around 1:30 p.m.

Police say the area was closed to traffic as they were investigating the accident but the area has since reopened.
They say the biker was taken to Norwalk Hospital with serious injuries, and the driver is cooperating with them.
