Authorities looking for cause in fatal Stamford boat crash

State officials are investigating what caused a boating accident in Stamford that killed a New York man late Sunday night.Police say the boat had just left a harbor when it hit a breakwater and capsized. Four of the people on board survived but the boat's driver, Keith Morris, was killed.Morris, 31, was a firefighter in New Rochelle, N.Y.At a news conference yesterday, police described the boating accident as a violent collision.Investigators say they're looking into whether alcohol was a factor in the crash, but say it could be weeks before they know.
