Greenwich H.S. boasts 62 sets of twins, but no world record
Greenwich High School's senior class has fallen short in its effort to make the Guinness Book of World Records for most twins.
The head master at Greenwich High School says the school boasts 62 sets of twins and four sets of triplets among its 2,700 students. One twin says that there was an effort to make the Guinness Book of World Records, but time ran out as they scrambled to get all the proper documentation.
"It was a long and tedious process that we had to go through," said twin Ben Lanzoni. "We tried our best, but we fell just a little bit short."
The process included getting birth certificates, the class registry, photos, letters from school officials and other documentation.
