New Canaan police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide. Officials say they responded to a call of a gunshot at an apartment this afternoon on Park Street, where they say two bodies were found.

New Canaan police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide.
Officials say they responded to a call of a gunshot at an apartment this afternoon on Park Street, where they say two bodies were found.
Police say a man appeared to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot and a woman was also found dead on the scene. They say it is unclear how she died.
Authorities say the situation is being investigated and the community is not in danger.
Officials have not released the names of the victims at this time.
