Family, friends say goodbye to former Stamford H.S. football star

Family and friends said goodbye today to the 22-year-old who accidentally shot himself in the head last week.

Marcus Dixon was showing his gun to his friends Thursday night when he accidentally shot himself in the head.

Dixon, a former football star at Stamford High School, attended West Point Academy.

In lieu of flowers, Dixon's family has asked financial contributions be made to the Stamford Youth Foundation in his name.
