Greenwich police are crediting a passing paddle boarder with rescuing a Stamford woman who fell overboard.
They say they got a distress call at 3:30 p.m. Sunday after the woman lost her footing and fell in.
Police say the boat's captain did not notice the woman was missing and kept going to Todds Point.
The woman was in the water for almost 30 minutes before being rescued.
Police are reminding everyone to wear a life jacket when boating.
