The video of a Fairfield couple's unique wedding proposal over the weekend is getting a lot of attention on Facebook.

Jean Gutierrez said yes to Patrick Gutierrez on Friday night at the B. Good Restaurant in Fairfield, and the video has gotten over 6,000 views.

Patrick Gutierrez says he wanted to give his sweetheart a special proposal, as he says the couple eloped 10 years ago and never had a formal wedding. Gutierrez says he wanted to change that, and had been planning his surprise proposal for months.

The couple says Jean was out with friends at restaurant Friday night and had no idea what Patrick was up to.

Jean and Patrick Gutierrez say they will renew their vows next weekend in Mexico with their two children present at the ceremony.
