Bridgeport woman accused of stealing tax return released on bond
A Bridgeport woman is free on $10,000 bond today for allegedly stealing her former landlord's tax return.
Norwalk police say the arrest stems from an incident back in the summer of 2009.
Investigators say Sofia Gulino took her landlord's tax return worth more than $4,000, forged his name, and cashed it.
Police say Gulino claimed she wasn't thinking clearly at the time.
She's due back in court next week.
