3 people hurt in Stamford shootings
Stamford police are searching for clues after three people were hurt in shootings reported over the long holiday weekend.
Published reports say the first happened early Saturday morning outside La Quinta Inn on Harvard Avenue. Police say a 16-year-old was shot in the shoulder, and a 19-year-old was hit in the shoulder and stomach.
In the second incident, one person was reportedly hurt when someone shot at a home on Ranson Street early yesterday morning.
Published reports say no one was shot, but one person in the home was cut by broken glass.
