Wilton-based Blue Buffalo is expanding to Indiana.
The company said this week it's opening a new plant in the Hoosier state that will create 165 jobs.
Blue Buffalo has not said if this will affect jobs in Connecticut, but Republican lawmakers are blaming the governor for the move, saying his policies are hurting Connecticut businesses.
