State lawmakers begin 3-day veto session

Lawmakers were in Hartford Monday to begin a three-day veto session.

The session is being held to decide if they should vote again on any bills that were defeated by Gov. Dannel Malloy.

A total of eight proposals will be considered.

Last week, the state Senate decided not to override Malloy's veto of more than $22 million from the state budget.
