An early heads up for drivers in Greenwich, construction at the Brookridge Drive Bridge is scheduled to start soon.
The Greenwich Patch news site reports work will begin July 11.
The bridge is on Brookridge Drive between Fairfield Road and Route 1.
Traffic going southbound will reportedly use Fairfield Road to Stanwich Road to Route 1 as a detour.
The bridge is expected to be closed through November 2016.
