Stamford’s Alive at Five concert series kicks off
Hundreds of people arrived in downtown Stamford Thursday night for the year's first installment of the Alive at Five Outdoor Concert Series.
The band O.A.R. highlights this week's show at Columbus Park on Main Street, which is home to the concerts every Thursday until Aug. 11.
The concerts start at 5 p.m. Beginning this year, visitors must be at least 21 years old. Tickets cost $10 before 6 p.m. and $15 after.
Big acts scheduled to perform this summer are Hanson, Third Eye Blind and CeeLo Green.
